Packaging

Packaging is made from 100% recycle paper and can be re-used or recycled.

Postage

We use Royal Mail First Class Packet Post charged at £2.95 per order. We will despatch orders received before 12 noon the same day on weekdays. Order received on a weekend or Bank holiday will be sent on the next working day. Normally you will receive your order within 1-3 days (with the exception of a small number of remote postcodes).

What is our returns policy?

We hope that you are happy with your amoosi purchase but as on online shop we are happy to replace or refund your item if you’re not.

You can return any item and receive full refund within 28 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn and undamaged with the tags still attached to the item and re-saleable. We reserve the right not to refund an item that has been damaged and is therefore not re-saleable.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds can only be made to the card used for the original payment or to the users paypal account.

How do I return my goods?

Items must be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of the receipt of your goods. You can use the amoosi label provided to post your items using the original packaging.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange anything from the limited edition range for a different colour or size. Couture items are one off pieces and so they cannot be exchanged for an alternative size or colour.

Returning an item – step by step

  1. Simply fill in the form provided in your package, marking the reason for your return.
  2. Put the returns form in the package your item was sent in.
  3. Stick the amoosi label provided over your address on the package. If you cant find the label please email contactus@amoosi.co.uk or call 020 7281 9122.
  4. Please obtain proof of postage which is free of charge at the Post Office.
  5. Your refund will then be made on receipt of the goods. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed.
  6. For some reason, if your item is faulty, please return it and we will refund your full order (including the cost of the return postage).
